Account Executive (bridge loans) at YouLand

YouLand is a driving force in the growth and success of real
estate investors nationwide. Specializing in financing non-owner occupied residential investment properties.

We are rapidly expanding and seeking dynamic team members for our sales team. We are looking for individuals passionate about real estate and dedicated to fostering strategic relationships within the real estate investor community. Successful Account Executives should possess mortgage experience, preferably in fix & flip or short-term bridge financing.

Role Overview:

• Grow a network of brokers,
• realtors, and borrowers to develop a consistent stream of loanorigination.
• Collaborate with management to

establish and exceed loan production targets.

• Maintain a database of borrowers

and brokers.training/support to borrowers and brokers.loan submission packages for credit approval.underwriting teams for due diligence and closing requirements.servicing department in collecting payments from delinquent borrowers.approval process.

• Provide sales and technical

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of sales
• experience, preferably in mortgage origination, ideally in private/hardmoney lending.
• College degree strongly
